Issue with Migrating Music to Nucleus 1 - Need Help (ref#43DJTM)

I tried migrating music from my MacBook Pro to Nucleus without success. I tried to restore backup onto Nucleus 1, and I do not see the file browser, only dropbox file, which I dont have.
