Hello @Jozo_Slejko.
Thank you for reaching Roon support.
I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.
However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.
First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.
Hello @vadim, just did it a minute ago. 13:06 GMT+2
Hey @Jozo_Slejko,
Thanks for the timestamp! We’ve enabled diagnostics, but looks like its having a hard time reaching our servers - could you bring your Roon Server back online and it should provide us a fresh diagnostic report. Let me know when you’re able to do the above - thank you!
Server is now online.
Thank you @Jozo_Slejko!
As a next step, let’s test out using a different DNS server for your Roon Server.
We have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?
Thank you!
Hello @Jozo_Slejko,
Thank you for the update.
Based on the diagnostic data, it appears that Tidal returned a 404 error, which usually means the requested content couldn’t be found.
Could you please confirm whether this issue is affecting a specific album or multiple/all albums? If it’s related to a specific one, kindly share the album name so we can investigate further.
Looking forward to your response.

Hi @Jozo_Slejko,
To clarify, the team has a hotfix we’re in the final stages of preparing for a general sync issue with Tidal. This manifests as Tidal albums deleting from Roon after having added them, either via Tidal Favorites or within Roon directly.
Your logs also showed 404
responses to content from Tidal, which is a separate and resolvable network issue. Most users resolve that particular issue by switching the DNS server assigned in their network.
Without a response, this thread will shortly automatically close. Please see the main tracking thread for ongoing Tidal sync issues here: https://community.roonlabs.com/t/tidal-playlists-not-synchronizing-in-roon-ticket-in/298342
Thanks!
