Description of Issue
I haven’t used roon for about 1-2 weeks. When I came back to use it again I found a new update. after update i can’t use it, it’s stuck on white screen. I tried turn off the firewall and window defender. still not working I deleted the program and reinstalled the program still doesn’t work.
Same me. After I update, what I found is that I have to re-login to Roon. After that, the audio device disappeared, so I uninstalled and reinstalled many times . Another thing found after downloading and install. I can’t log in to Tidal in Roon App so I can’t use Roon at all.
Ben with the support team here, thanks for writing in! I see from your account that your windows core was online and active recently. Are you still running into issues here?
If so, I would first confirm that compatibility mode has been disabled from Roon on the windows device.

Still the same problem, unfortunately, Roon shuts down after less than a minute without any error message. Restarting the computer and reinstalling the software didn’t help.
