Networking Gear & Setup Details
Your network gear (model of routers/switches) and if on WiFi/Ethernet
Connected Audio Devices
Specify what devices you’re using and their connection types, like USB/HDMI/Chromecast, etc.)
Number of Tracks in Library
Tell them how large your music library is, eg. “30,000 tracks”
Description of Issue
Tell Support about the problem you’re having in as much detail as possible. Screenshots are always appreciated!

about 150,000 tracks from Tidal+Qobuz, No local files
Description of Issue
after update roon not working, cannot connect to Tidal+Qobuz and all audio devices not found
Make sure roon is still in the firewall exceptions. Quickly test if this is the issue by stopping, temporarily, the firewall.
Windows has a firewall on by default, are you certain you have removed it?
yes, i disabled all firewall and anti-virus on my computer

Ben with the support team here, I was able to pull your account up and see your core was online and active recently. Are you still running into issues getting your audio devices back up and running?
As a basic step, I would also give both your core device and router a hard reboot.
