AirPlay stopped working through HomePod’s for Roon but works perfectly fine for everything else.
Music is shown as playing but no audio, volume is on max. Source of music doesn’t matter - whether it’s from Qobuz or local FLACs.

Did you update the HomePods to OS27? If so, there is a known issue and a fix is on its way. There’s also a workaround earlier in this thread:

I have tracked down and fixed Roon server not seeing devices on a network and also the homepod stuff. I’m hoping that we can get the fix out to everyone early next week.

I’m still working on the apple tv (tvOS 27) issue.
