Nevertheless, when I click on Beethoven picture, which leads to the Composer page, this same album is not listed on Beethoven page (see picture below):
The fact that that thread title is marked with “[Ticket in]” means that the issue has been reproduced in Roon Labs and a ticket has been raised with the developers to address it.
That particular release (a box set?) of the Prazák Quartet may not be in Roon’s database. I’ve just done a search for it and Qobuz doesn’t have it listed, only individual albums…
BTW, the thread that you reference is an old one, and the issue may have been fixed since then. However, a similar issue reappeared recently, and this has also had a ticket raised for it…
@Geoff_Coupe , yes I know that the thread I referenced was pretty old. I looked at all the threads on the subject. My point was to bring the fact that this has been a bug reported for very long with no solution yet. Threads started roughly every 6 months from 2021, with no solution so far.
One of the latest escalation is the one you shared, closed in December 2024. A ticket was created… but that was now 4 months ago.
And? When I was in a software development team (an aeon ago now), juggling priorities between urgent bug fixes, new features and nice-to-haves was a never-ending story…
