Anyone else having trouble getting Tidal logged in today?

Yes, I was also having the issue with search and tried various steps to troubleshoot and then this happened. Now I can’t get in. Will wait for the Cloudflare issue to be resolved.

For about 45 minutes I’ve not been able to connect to Tidal within Roon. When I click on the Login button, or the Retry button, the login page opens in my browser (Firefox) and I’m able to login as per usual, but Roon seems unable to pick up on this and the Tidal connection is not completed. I can login using the Tidal app on my Mac Mini (which is also my Roon Server) and within Safari directly to Tidal.com, but not within Roon. I’ve tried restarting my Mac Mini, but this hasn’t solved the issue. BTW The error message I’m getting in Roon just says UnexpectedError. However, this message is shown even before the relevant login page opens up in the browser? I also have access to my Qobuz account via Roon. Possibly unrelated, but a webpage I was accessing this morning is no longer working this afternoon. This is due to a Cloudfare server no longer being accessible in London. Could this also be affecting Roon/Tidal?

It got fixed for me. Tidal is back up in Roon :wink:

It’s working for me again. It just goes to show how dependent we are on services…

Unfortunately, it’s not possible after all.

TIDAL service now restored through Roon here (at about 9:35am EST)

Here, in the Caribbean (Bonaire), everything is working again. Live Radio is back, album reviews and information are back, and the cover art on the home page is also back.

I have had an account with Roon for 2 years (PC Windows). I have never had any problems until today. When I logged on today, to start with, I saw that it said it had failed to connect with Tidal. I pressed, 'Retry' but that never worked. I could still play my own local music on my drive. I then restarted my PC (windows), still the same. Then I looked for advice. Following this, I logged out of Roon, then it wouldn't let me log in again. (the loop thing). Now, I get the message 'There was an issue loading your library'. I wish I hadn't logged out. I am not confident enough to load a backup. I don't understand how this may have happened. I would be very grateful if you could help me in any way, as soon as possible. Cheers, Duncan
