Description of Issue

Constantly trying to use Arc outside of home. Always get the poor connection message. Uninstalled and reinstalled for the upteenth time thinking, “this time it’ll work”. Nope. This time, Arc App will not open at all. It stays at the logo screen, even after installing several times. I’m attaching a screenshot.

I have tried it outside of my home as well as when on the same network. Arc has played
exactly 1 song since I first installed it MANY months ago. I’m really about to give up. I’m sure that this comparison is apples to oranges, but Plex Amp works (almost) flawlessly outside of my home. Not sure what the hell is going on with Arc.

If you go to the Settings/ARC page on a PC, does it show ARC as ready?

Thanks for reaching out. I activated diagnostics for your account and noticed that you are using a Pixel phone. Do you by any chance have GrapheneOS installed on the phone? If so, please see a similar thread here:
