ARC crashing daily, disconnect/recover temporarily fixes (ref#X99RPX)

Another one yesterday, and another today, @Benjamin

Just about to do the disconnect reconnect dance once again - this has probably been happening for more than six weeks now. Frustrating, because going through this process restores function, only for it to break again the following day, in exactly the same way.

Any further notes from the logs there - today’s was around 9am here.

The latest release contains related work in ARC that might have improved this symptom for you, but we can’t yet promise it will prevent it from occurring. After updating to ARC 1.77 and Roon 2.65, please let us know if you encounter any crashes:

Hi @connor there have been a couple of crashes since upgrading. I deleted the app, rebooted my iPhone and reconnected last time thinking that would be more of a blank slate, but I’ve just experience another one at ~5:00pm today. Any insights your end?

I reconnected the Arc app on my wife’s iphone to the roon library yesterday - will be interesting to see if she has the same experience I’m having.

Hi @connor , @benjamin after several days of no issues, I hit the problem again yesterday evening, just before I posted in this thread. A disconnect / reconnect routine sorted things out, but as it hadn’t happened for a few days, I thought it would be an interesting one to look into.
