ARC Poor connection

I finally got ARC to show “Ready” in Roon after figuring out proper router port forwarding steps. I now get “Poor connection” message in ARC at all times and cannot play music whether in Wi-Fi or cell data. I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps with the I-phone with no success. Any guidance would be appreciated.

update for the benefit Of others that may run into a similar issue. I noticed I wasn’t having the same issue with my iPad so I checked all my settings on the two and they were the same so it’s simply deleted the app arc app on the phone and reinstalled it and everything works now. Sometimes this solution is simple.
