ARC shows 'time for an update' and blocks on launch (ref#MXACK7)

What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble with Roon ARC

What best describes your issue with ARC

· I can't log into ARC but I can log into Roon

Roon Server and ARC are connected but when I open ARC there is a message “time for an update” the app block

Describe your network setup

Roon, connected to apple stream and to router

ARC indicates Roon Server compatibility update needed, no update prompt visible (ref#7WALKA)

This seems to happen recently and occasionally when ARC is installed on two devices. There is a fix coming (it’s currently available in Early Release testing). Either wait until it’s released or uninstall/reinstall ARC to fix it (but you will lose ARC downloads). (Or switch to Early Access versions, but probably not worth it if you don’t want to keep testing.)
