Wrong artist:
Should be this guy:
Felix (born Francis Wright) is a British producer and DJ. He is known for his hit track "Don't You Want Me" and his underground house project "The Party Crashers".
Felix was born in Chelmsford, Essex. His passion for music began early with a love of Soul & Funk from the "Street Sounds" compilations and the House Sound of Chicago. At the age of 15, after exploring a brief interest in Hip Hop, he decided to create his own music and began getting involved with DJ'ing.
Wrong Genres:
R&B instead of something like Electronic, House, Euro House.

Hi @BlackJack . Thanks for this report. One of our metadata providers appears rather confused regarding this artist; weâve requested some corrections. Once these are made and built into our metadata, weâll take another look to see if anything else needs doing.
Hi,
the album
is linked to a band called âThe Shanesâ.
The description of the band says:
The members section in the screenshot, the web link and Wikipedia link are pointing to the German band âThe Shanesâ (which is correct)
The description, the formed and disbanded section refer to a band which was came from sweden and was active in the 60s.

It seems there is some confusion on the metadata front between Maxim (Keith Palmer, previously known as Maxim Reality) of The Prodigy. Also author of Hellâs Kitchen (2000)
The Prodigy
Keith Palmer (born 21 March 1967 in Peterborough, England), known by his stage name Maxim (previously Maxim Reality), is a British musician, known for being a vocalist of electronic music band the Prodigy.
Palmer was born in Peterborough, the youngest of seven children, and he attended Jack Hunt School, also in Peterborough. He enjoyed writing poetry and verse and began MC-ing around the age of 14. He gained inspiration from his ten-year older MC brother, Hitman, who introduced hi...
and a german pop singer named Maxim
Maxim Richarz (born May 15, 1982) is a German singer and songwriter. He began performing in 2005 and released his most recent singles in 2014. Though called a Reggae artist he is hesitant to refer to himself as such and does more contemporary work in recent years.
Maxim was born in KĂśnigswinter, Germany to a French mother and German father. Maxim attended the University of Cologne for a Business Administration degree. He dropped out and went to the SAE Institute (an international media education...

@Niccolo_Terzi Thanks for the reports. Edits made for Denis Charles and Staatskapelle Berlin. As usual, these may take up to a week to take effect.
Is it possible to âbatchâ identify duplicate artists like this? I come across them all the time.

@Tony_Casey Yes. Virtually every artist equivalence issue which has come up in this thread is fixed automatically in code which we are now testing; or more accurately, the new code doesnât generate these issues. Any edits weâre are making at the moment are simply interim fixes until the new code is live.
Look forward to it. If I understand correctly the fixes will propagate through to existing libraries without a need to notify roon? Is that correct?
