The issue shown in your screenshot has been happening for a few years on my setup & it may, or may not, have been exacerbated by recent updates.
During the period I have had the problem I have changed my entire network topology 3-4 times. The problem is intermittent so near impossible to demonstrate, hopefully with R&D taking a look at the problem it will finally get resolved
