Same kind of problem. Yesterday evening OK. Now “ERROR LOADING PAGE” . I can see my dac in ROON.
Network connection is ok. Booted my computer and router, did not help.
I have one old test file in my hard disk. It shows up in ROON and plays normally.
And now ROON lost my dac.

D-Link router, laptop connected to router. Sonore optical module1—fiber—Sonore optical module2—AqVox SE switch–Msb Renderer module, Msb dac. This system has been working for 2 years without problem. I dont use any pad, I am using display and wireless mouse /keyboard. So, I can see my Msb renderer in ROON and I can play test files from my laptop normally, but I cannot see my Tidal content
