Just did a normal restart of QNAP HS-251+ like always - but when starting Roon suddenly there are no longer any audio devices listed?!
Did also restart Roon app on the NAS but no difference. Opening Roon app it shows:
Any idea what went wrong / how to fix?
Also tried, stopping Roon app, renaming RAATServer, restarting Roon app. There is a new RAATServer folder now - but still no audio devices!
@support really needing help as currently not able to use Roon at all.
Sounds like it possibly is this one:
Our team has been tracking an issue where Tidal accounts are becoming corrupt and causing issues like endless loading or audio devices missing. If you’re experiencing any of these issues, please follow the steps below to delete the tidal_account file.
The team is working on a permanent solution to this issue, but this workaround should get you back up and running in the meantime. Please note that you’ll need to sign back into Tidal in Roon after doing this.
