Description of Issue

Roon works great with all wired and wireless devices except the arylic streamer. Tidal works great over streamer no problems. Playing music via Roon gives a 2 second on 2 second off stutter. It’s like it’s putting a 2 second silence in the music. Music is not paused just silenced. Very frustrating!

That streamer is not listed as Roon Ready or Roon Tested, how are you trying to control with Roon?

Upgraded acrylic firmware. All ok now. Thanks for help and support guys​:+1::+1::+1:

It doesn’t seem to matter if Roon supports this streamer or not. It runs under AirPlay protocol and is discoverable and controllable by Roon, as are my kitchen speakers. The speakers did not suffer the same problem as the streamer.
