It has been very quiet lately though, and today it seems to have vanished?
And more troubles:
Due to US government tariff policy, we have temporarily suspended all shipment to US address till future notice.
Auralic is no more i quess.
LDS did not have update over a year.
I contacted support 4 months ago no reply.
There should be an update for Spotify Lossless 24 bit.
Lumin does this way better and they respond within hour’s.

I would hope it’s just an IT glitch or else just a loss of the forum.
I really like my Aries G2 and wouldn’t like them to go down.

I agree, their product have always been very nice, particularly the Aries G2.x, which i have owned.
The Vega G2.1 was a brilliant performer in my setup for a few months, until they fecked it up and lowered the fixed output level to 2V on the balanced outputs. This made it mediocre, and i sold it, and made my point clear that it is not okay to change specs by forcing firmware updates.
However, I still run my Aries Mini as well as my Aries Femto, listening through the latter right now actually!

A Mail from Auralic stated that they want to cease operations. The sales have dropped by approximately 80% this Year. It’s now in the Hands of the shareholders to decide the fate of the company but it look like a shutdown and if lucky a search for a new Investor. The German distributor get also no new devices.

Hello John B, we have chatted in the past on the Auralic Community Forum.
I joined roon family forum to try and stay on top of Auralic debacle. As an owner of a full stack, Aries G2, Vega G2, Leo GX, Sirius G2.1, it makes me wonder what direction to go. Love the products and sound but will I be able to get equipment servicing in the future ? Is LDS the next to go down ? What a bummer.

I think the tech has legs in the competition today, maybe not the Aquila X3 but the G-line has always represented peak performance at a not-so-premium price.
Until that happens, i’ll make sure my iPads have the Lightning DS app at all times, should it disappear from app store…

Save the App is a very good Idea. Had a Call from a Customer with a Digibit Aria (not a cheap Piece of Equipment) and the App is gone from the Store.

I think soon other brands wil follow if the policy doesn’t change in certain countries.
Who wants to buy my fairly new Auralic Vega S1 with PSU. I am living in the Netherlands.
Reading the Stereonet article would indicate that a poorly ran company with no leadership has gone under. Tariff finger pointing is merely a deliberate attempt to deflect from the root causes, this didn’t happen overnight. Darn shame though.
