Hi @Ramon_De_Leon, I’ve moved your post to the Support subforum. Can you tell us a little more about your setup as described here? As soon as we have some more information about your setup, @support will be able to assist with the problem.

While you gather that information, be sure that you have Roon installed on a computer in your home (your core), as well as on your iPhone, and that both are powered on. You can download Roon from the app store here, and if you’re having trouble connecting, be sure to check out our knowledgebase article on troubleshooting remote connections.

Lastly, you’ll want to make sure that your Bluesound Node has the latest Roon Ready firmware, which is available from their website, and that you have enabled the Node as a zone, as described here.
