I am brand new to roon. My current setup: Roon Core = PC to Bluesound Powernode 2i. Operation via iPhone/iPad. Why is the amp shown as Enhanced?

Hi all, We’ve confirmed with NAD that nothing has changed with the audio processing on the device. We’re reaching out to them in order to have them change the “Analog Amplifier” element to appear as “lossless”. -John

I’ve chased @support a couple of times, to no avail. Would be nice to have an update on when that extra step will be removed from the signal path.

Not that it changes anything, but would be nice to have a clean signal path which can show “Lossless”

I recently posted about this issue here:

This requires a blue sound update to resolve, I would suggest reaching out to them (again) to see if there are any updates. It is up to the device to notify Roon of any additional signal path stages. When we tested this device, there was no EQ capability. We’ll reach out to Bowers and we suggest you do the same.

This will need a Bluesound update to resolve.
