Bricasti M3 - Roon sees as M12 on Old Nucleus

For some reason, Roon see’s my Bricasti M3 as a Bricasti M12 source controller.

When I click on ENABLE is says there is a problem with this device. (Contact the Manufacturer to find out when this device will be certified. This is happening on my Roon Core which is on an old version Nucleus.

The M3 works find on the Core that is loaded on my Inuous Statement.

I cannot get Roon to recognize the M3 on this older Nucleus. Any ideas?

Check that you are running the latest firmwares and reboot everything.

Apologies for the delay, @m3r! Our team’s queue is longer than typical at the moment, but we’re working to get back to everyone as quickly as we can.

Are you still seeing this issue?

have you tried rebooting all devices?

Is the firmware on the Bricasti fully up to date?
