Sorry to hear about your Nucleus issues. @Robert_F is correct in next steps with their questions: I’m not seeing the Nucleus online within your account info. It may be worth resetting the network settings on the Nucleus. Steps to follow below: Connect the Nucleus to a monitor or TV via HDMI. Connect a USB keyboard to the Nucleus. Power on the Nucleus and let it boot. Press ENTER Type resetnetwork Press ENTER Let me know…

What do you see when the Nucleus’ HDMI connection is made to a TV or monitor?

Are you able to access the webUI of the Nucleus?

Okay,
I cant give up! Usually to my downfall.
it was the power supply

If you find that your Nucleus drops in and out, before you start yelling at the software, LOOK AT YOUR POWER SUPPLY!!!
