Cannot login to TIDAL - Windows 10 + Android

I have the same problem. ROON will not log in to Tidal using ROON on my Windows !0 laptop or the ROON app on my Android phone. I can log in to Tidal directly using their apps.

Any update on this ?

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

Thanks for getting back to me.I have sorted it out. I have Roon running from a Synology Diskstation. I eventually found the correct Tidal cache file in the Roonserver files and deleted it. It’s possible the issue was linked to a new router with new IP addresses assigned to the NAS.
