BBC Stations are not playing - keep getting the error message;
playback was interrupted because a track failed to load.
Hello @Matt_Hunt, welcome. Sorry to hear of your problem, I’ve just checked and the BBC stations1, 2, 3 and 4 all look OK to me.
Can you give us some details of your setup please, use this link as a guide.
Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so they can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
I’m particularly interested in what core you are using.
Can you play the BBC stations through another endpoint?
Can you play other stations?
Has anything changed in your setup?
And - because it often helps - have you rebooted?
Core - Zen Mini MKIII
Remote - MacBook Pro (macOS Big Sur v 11.2.3) Roon 1.8
Network - Zen Mini MKIII - USB - Chord Electronics Qutest
Library details (music is stored on the Zen Mini hard drive 226Gb used 1TB total available) & TIDAL.
I can’t play any BBC stations (tried 1, 4 & 6) I can play other stations (Absolute for example) The BBC stations were working but now I get the error message.
No changes made in set-up.
Rebooted and now it works! Should have done that first - but here’s the details anyway!.
