Cannot restore Roon to the same Windows machine

Thanks. This issue was resolved/ It was my mistake because after restoring the backup, Roon’s theme reverted back to white (this is most likely the only true bug) and I was asked to login, but after login in, I noticed that all my music and settings (except for the theme) were there. You may close this thread thanks.

I’m now experiencing a different problem where I cannot play “all tracks” or “albums”, or “artists” entirely (in sequence). Roon will only pick about 5050 tracks out of 100K+

Is there any way to get support from a Roon rep on this topic because Roon is not working as expected for me. First, the playlist limit was partially resolved. Now Roon sees the correct number of tracks in the playlist but will only load a fraction of it to the queue. Here is what I tried so far: I ran a forced Roon backup. Then I uninstalled Roon and Roon server from the PC and rebooted. I’ve moved my music folder to a new location (internal SSD). I’ve used a free software called Audiotest…
