How was the USB drive formatted?
If you have formatted the drive as a MacOS “Journaled” file system, this drive would be “read-only” on RoonOS systems such as Nucleus, please see Nucleus Media Storage Knowledge Base.
We suggest formatting the drive as exFAT for compatibility with both Nucleus and MacOS, you can use Mac’s Disk Utility to re-format the drive, but do keep in mind that this will erase any contents on the drive, so be sure to make a backup of anything you need from it first.
