Description of Issue

Can’t log in to Qobuz

Was logged in. Can log in on Qobuz site. Changed password on Qobuz, still no joy (Incorrect username and/or password error message in Roon.

Not overly impressed that many others seem to have had the problem and there’s no general problem solving steps published here…

I suspect it failed after I updated the software to latest versions, but I haven’t played music for a bit so hard to tell.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had difficulty logging into Qobuz on Build 898. Can you please download or latest update, Build 903 and tell us if that helps. you can find details about the newest release here:
