Maybe my workaround is good for you:

Album is not displayed for an artist

As a workaround I changed “Dinu Lipatti” in the artist editor “is classical composer” from YES to NO. That worked out for me. I now see my local albums and also see the compositions under the compositions tab. One minor annoyance though: In order to change the “is classical composer” item, I have to first change in the artist editor the preference from “Prefer Roon” to “Edit” and chose “Yes”.
