Control bar disappearing on Ipad PRO

Description of Issue
After upgrading to roon 1.8 I loose the control bar on a Ipad Pro 12.7. See pictures. So I play a song and after some time the bar in which I can skip tracks etc is lost. If I use the X on the upper left and again use full screen artist it reappears for some time.

Same issue for me. Has been reported earlier but problem remains several versions later.
