Cover problems on remote

Hello @Bert_Dijkstra, my apologies if we’ve missed one of your reports but I’d be happy to assist you. Are you seeing this on all remotes or just one? Have you reinstalled said remote?

Nice to hear that support is offered again. As Carl mentioned, the requested details can be found in this post. The problems have remained the same. In order to experience as little nuisance as possible, I always close remote in an overview page. Closing on an album page always causes cover problems.
I wonder if this is an iPad or a network problem. The problem of the broken connection also continues to play a role.
