After last update some albums, both local and Qobuz, are doubling and tripling. This is not happening on Mac OS. Yes I have deleted and reinstalled the app but no good.
If you select one of them, does that automatically select the duplicates, too? Does it happen only with certain sort choices?
If so, this might still be the long-known issue like here:
And did you update to Build 1525? Because this is supposed to fix one such issue, but maybe not all, or might be causing new ones:
If you see this with B1525, you should open a new ticket in Support
I can’t see any duplications in these screenshots?
However, the count is off (11245 of 8059, which is impossible). This is a known behavior with the known duplication issue.
Once again my questions:
- If you select one of the duplicated albums, does this select the others as well? That’s the known behavior in the “Case One” that I linked. I.e., it’s just a visual duplication. (There was another one where albums were split up and therefore really existed more than once; this is supposed to be fixed).
- If you change the sorting, do the duplicates go away?
If you open a case in Support, this is info you should include
Well, I am not going to ask the questions a third time. Anyway, all this here in Roon Software Discussion will have no effect as discussions are not monitored by Roon staff. Open a case in Support if you need help with this.
U ask for picture with double and triple album so I gave you one
It should go without saying that posting screenshots that actually show the issue might be helpful, but it’s only part of it, because there were (or are) more than one issue that look similar at first but behave differently. Therefore:
But like I said, don’t waste your time with me in Roon Software Discussion because no user can help with this. It needs to be fixed by Roon Labs and they will only know if you open a case in Support
Did you restart your server? Try that first.
The support thread is now here:
