I did search, but, was unfortunately unable to find one for 1.7 (build 710) after we last spoke.

Yep, I tried to find the last 1.7 build, but also no luck.

I think you should be OK restoring a 710 backup into 610.

Builds 667/710 don’t seem to alter the database in any reported way:
