Is there a way to download music using the Roon app to a hard drive attached to a Nucleus?

Just to verify, you have a USB drive attached to the Nucleus that you want to add new music to — Is that correct?
If so, you can add music over the network from another machine. Using Finder or File Explorer you can enter smb://NUCLEUS/Data to connect to the Nucleus. From there you can select the storage device and add the music.
