Error while searching in Roon - "Can't connect to Roon Search"

after recent update, Roon displays an error when trying to search for an artist, for example
“Can’t connect to Roon Search”

Indeed, in the logs I see exception when Roon connects to search.roonlabs.net

Roon Core Machine

Include your operating system and machine info (Model, CPU, RAM)

Networking Gear & Setup Details

Your network gear (model of routers/switches) and if on WiFi/Ethernet

Connected Audio Devices

Specify what devices you’re using and their connection types, like USB/HDMI/Chromecast, etc.)

Number of Tracks in Library

Tell us how large your music library is, eg. “30,000 tracks”

Description of Issue

Tell us about the problem you’re having in as much detail as possible. Screenshots are always appreciated!

I suddenly am getting this error this morning. Two successful searches now none. Error message. Mac core. Tidal service

Can you please try the latest Roon release and check if the issue still occurs there?

It got better but then just hit it again.
Build 1212

and now 15 minutes later it starts working again.

Is anyone else having this problem/
