@Steven_Klein1, there is not much to go on here. What version of Roon is your Nucleus running, how are you devices connected to the network, what specific device or devices are not connecting to the Nucleus, and are these running on the same version of Roon as your Nucleus?
Can you plug on a monitor and keyboard to the Nucleus and post a screenshot if the screen displayed.
Hey @Steven_Klein1,
Ben with the support team here, I wanted to check in on this thread to see if you were still having issues with your Nucleus?
I’d also be curious to see if you can reach the webUI of your Nucleus. Here is more info on how to access the webUI:
The Web Interface can also be accessed by:
Typing in the IP Address of the RoonOS Device in a Web Browser
Typing the hostname, for example http://rock , http://nucleus , or http://nucleusplus
Typing the .local suffix for the device, for example http://rock.local , http://nucleus.local , or http://nucleusplus.local
I’ll be on standby for your reply. ![]()
Hi Ben,
Tried typing http://nucleus and http://nucleus.local and got this message:
Check if there is a typo in nucleus.local.
I did load ROON on my Dell computer upstairs and after 4 days got it to see my Bricasti M12.

Hey @Steven_Klein1,
Thanks for giving that a try!
Carl is correct about the next troubleshooting step. We’ll need you to plug the Nucleus into a monitor via HDMI and see what comes on screen.
Thanks!
