To start, may I kindly ask that you please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide.
Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
- Does this only happen with the iPad? If you use other remote devices you do not have this issue?
- How often does this happen? Is there anything in particular you are doing when you’ve noticed this behavior, or any other patterns involved in this process?
- What model iPad is being used and is it fully up to date on iOS?
