I have this issue too with Qobuz.
It’s a recent development.
Qobuz (and Tidal) were gapless for me for years.
Roon are aware of this and are investigating.

We have found a small bug in relation to gapless playback on Qobuz, and are actively working on a fix to release ASAP.
Reports on this are quite scattered, but we have seen some success with users simply logging out and re-logging back into their Qobuz accounts. That said, I will certainly keep you in the loop as we progress on an overall fix to this issue
