I have a Mac Studio and a Studio Display and would like to hear music while sitting at my desk. Under “device setup Apple” I cannot find the Mac Studio Display. I hoped I am able to improve the sound quality.
But the main problem is that I cannot hear the music gapless while working with the desktop. Namely during the songs! not the gap between two songs.
Has anybody an advice? On my old all-in-one iMac it worked perfectly.

Several people have had issues with the Apple Studio Display playing Roon music at low volume or not at all. Unplugging the ASD from the wall (mains) and plugging it back in seems to fix the issue. You may also want to reboot the Mac Studio as well.

thanks for your response. I already unplugged the ASD, rebooting the whole system, but same result. Rebooting ROCK as well and opend Roon app long after.
The music is coming from a NAS over the network.
I am able to choose between the loudspeakers of the Mac Studio or the Studio Display. Both works fine but within one hour 10 to 15 gaps where no gap should be.
