Only used rarely RED OS and don’t see (Ok, RED OS makes the RED Roon Ready) any advantage in the RED OS.
Ropieee has in the most areas the newest versions from the services (e.g. NAA client) implemented and runs (only one kernel had problems with clicking) rock stable on the RED.

I had a similar issue with the latest build and had to burn a new RedOS image on to the SD card. It was fine after that.
No issues on mine with the 10/22 update using i2s

In all honesty this won’t be a bug. It will most likely be the fact that after a number of updates sometimes you simply have to rewrite the SD card. This was something I experienced when I was a regular user of Ropieee. A fresh image on the card sorted the problem.
I love the RED color…looks very slick with my black questyle cma12.

THX, but that is a distributor in the US. Where do one get support (SW) if there are some issues? There are also Magna Hifi i EU, but that is also “just” a dealer

The fix for any CM4 or Pi based device is to re-flash the SD card. The file for Red OS and the instructions are on the U.S. website as strictly speaking he is the distributer outside China and its territories. If that doesn’t work then replace the SD card and flash it. The card is a consumable so while your vendor might choose to replace it out of good will, they certainly don’t have to. If your issues are more involved then the regional dealer is the place to do that.
