No, that is source code package for “hqp5-control” command line control utility that is included in all HQPlayer 5 Desktop packages. It can be called from scripts and similar tools if some simple custom actions are desired.
It is also reference code for how to use the HQPlayer control API.

Anyone having trouble using “add album and replace and play” lately? For about a week, this gives me an error message: Error: Instance of ‘ErrorDescription’. It worked one day. And the next day HQPD gave me this error for the same album.
Happens on both iPhone version 7.3.3+635 and Android 7.3.4+639.
Been using HQPE 5.25.3 before and since.
No issues with HQP Client 5.11.2
