I hope with this spec, I can finally run DSD 1024 through my Dac200. Just need to figure out whether Embedded HQP is the way to go and also how to do CUDA offloads as Iâm tech illiterate in Windows as Iâm a Mac guy.

For CUDA offload you need latest Nvidia drivers installed. And then from HQPlayer Desktop it is just checking one box in the settings.
On Embedded (Ubuntu, Fedora or Debian), it is enabled by default at HQPlayer side. But the Nvidia drivers need to be installed there.
Embedded is good if you are somewhat familiar working on Linux command line to get things installed and maintained (just terminal).

Thx! Iâll probably stick with desktop as the technical side is probably beyond me to install the embedded.
Will update once Iâve got everything set up. Itâs a significant investment in a dedicated machine but Iâve been hooked on HQP and the interactions with you, Jussi for the last few years. There is no better way to go!! Amazing job - congrats!!!

jussi_laako - Iâve just gotten my desktop setup. Is there any way to transfer my Mac license over to the new windows machine or do I need to purchase a new license. Ok either way - just wanted to clarify. Also, is v6 coming anytime soonâŚ
You can easily transfer HQPlayer Desktop licenses. You can remove key from one machine through the option in HQPlayerâs Help-menu and install it on another one.

I just tried to play DSD 1024 with ASDM7ECv3 and it stutters with my new setupâŚ.
I must be doing something wrongâŚ.
Not surprising though⌠I wouldnât worry about this too much though, unless you specifically want that.
Howâs your HQPlayer settings Advanced-tab?
I bought a Topping HS02 just for fun to test it out, and damn itâs broken. Last Topping product Iâll ever buy. Shouldâve listened to @jussi_laako

Bought the Topping HS02 to go between my computer and DAC. And surprisingly, it actually makes the music sound a bit darker somehow. Like it cleans up the background. I only got it 'cause I always use my PC directly without a streamer in between. And nah, the powerâs fine - that wasnât why I bought it. Down the rabbit hole we go, huh?
