Will give that a try
Moving bar is often caused by network issues. Try unplug everything, Modem, router, switches, endpoints. Start them up one by one after a few minutes.
I would normally agree except in this instance Tidal is working perfectly, just not Qobuz.
So while it certainly could be a network problem it would be strange if it was.
Roon can play Tidal normally
Lumin can play Qobuz normally
The problem is playing Qobuz in Roon…
Disconnected and reconnected everything but didn’t fix the problem
In router, set DNS to 184.108.40.206
Then reboot Roon Core, Lumin, and devices that run Roon Remote app.
Then try clearing the roon cache.
But AFAIK the default DNS in my router Huawei AX3 pro can’t be changed
Anyway, the Qobuz streaming was working ok without changing anything in the router…
Have you cleared the cache?
Cleared the cache, didn’t helped
- Logout Qobuz from Roon
- Exit out of Roon
- Navigate to your Roon’s Database Location
- Rename the “RoonServer” folder to “RoonServer_old”
- Rename the “RAATServer” folder to “RAATServer_old”
- See if there’s a qobuz_account file in Database\Registry\Core and delete it
- Reboot the Roon Core computer
- Restart Roon
- Login Qobuz from Roon
i got same problem, how can we solve this?
I have a NUC with roon rock without windows…
When you mention “Roon” folder, which folder do you mean?
I don’t see Roon folder, I found RoonOs or RoonServer folders?
So far so bad…
Tried all the tricks and they didn’t work
At least I understand that I am not alone,
Still annoying not be able to play Qobuz on Roon
Will follow the threads
Still can’t play Qobuz on Roon…
Do you have any clues?
Hey @Gabriel_Weber, can you try playing Qobuz one more time and note the local time and date of the failure? I’ll enable diagnostics and see what we can find.
You can try changing the DNS in your core device if you can’t change it in your router.
I still can’t play Qobuz through Roon but everything is OK with Lumin app…
So, the problem is with Qobuz or Roon?
I love the Roon interface, but if I can’t play Roon is worthless…
Should I wait a while and Qobuz/Roon people will finally fix it?
Hey @Gabriel_Weber, your logs are full of local network errors that are preventing Qobuz playback. Can you try a couple of things?
- Change your DNS to Google or Cloudlfare
- Disable IPv6
You should be able to do this from your router’s web management page, which for the Huawei AX3 Pro can be accessed by entering
192.168.3.1 in the address bar of your web browser.
