Qobuz login failing [Resolved - Cleared Cache]

Description Of Issue
For the last several days Roon has been unable to login to my Qobuz account. I receive an error message that says

“Network error: please check your network connection”.

I have an active and working network connection. I am able to login to the Qobuz website and have verified that my subscription is active. I am able to login and stream Tidal through Roon. But Roon will not login to my Qobuz account.

Try clearing your cache.

  • Find and open your Roon database
  • Navigate to Roon/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs
