Impossible to logon to Tidal [Answered - Bad Username or Password]

I’m not able to login anymore on my tidal account --> bad user name or password.
it worked before.

I’m using roon server core 1.3 build 234 on a MacMini (Late 2012, macOSSierra 10.12.5, 16GB Ram)
Under Database/Registry/Core/ the file tidal_account is not existing,
I tried already to delete the Cache on the core and then restart roon server app.
and also changed the password within Tidal itself --> still same error.

in the logs I see regularly:
06/17 15:20:49 Warn: Error in web request https://push.roonlabs.com/push/1/connect: NetworkError (The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway.)
06/17 15:20:49 Trace: [push] request to manager failed
06/17 15:20:49 Trace: [push] retrying connection in 259342ms

Hi @Marc_Loore — Thank you for the report and being proactive by checking for the “TIdal_Acoount” file in your “Core” folder.
