Full form submission

What’s happening?

I'm having trouble connecting to Roon

What type of connection issue?

*None* of my remotes can connect

I used old version of Roonserver and it works perfectly.
When I update roon remote on iPad, it request me to update Roonserver to 2.0. when I update to 2.0 then there is dialog ‘Your device is not compatible with Roonserver 2.0’ appears on PC screen.
I use windows 11 pro PC(Lenovo bare PC) as server and use iPad pro as remote controller.
I tried installed Roon on PC but it does not work too.

Please list your Lenovo’s PC specs?
I have a Lenovo MiniPC with Win11 Pro and no problem over here with latest update.

This possibly sounds like the issue here, where updating Windows fixed it:

Hello @Hyunsuk_Jang ,

Are you still having issues with RoonServer starting on your Windows PC? Have you tried to update Windows? You can also try to perform a full RoonServer reinstall by using the below instructions, let us know if this helps.

  • Exit out of Roon/RoonServer
  • Navigate to your RoonServer’s Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “RoonServer”
  • Rename the “RoonServer” folder to “RoonServer_old”
  • Reinstall the RoonServer App from our Downloads Page to generate a new RoonServer folder
  • On the Roon Remotes, press “Use another Roon Server” and connect to the new database
