Incompatibility with Roonserver 2.0 on Windows 11 Pro and iPad Pro (ref#QD61Q9)

This possibly sounds like the issue here, where updating Windows fixed it:

Roon just suddenly stopped working with Windows 11. Says Roon 2.0 is "incompatible"

I rebooted. Nada. I uninstalled Roon and re-installed it. Nada. HELP!
