I have moved your post over from a PM into the support category. Can you please let me know some more information about your setup using this thread as a guide?
- Have you made sure that the iOS device is on the same WiFi network as your Roon Core?
- How is the Core connected to the network, directly to the Router or are you making use of a Range Extender/Powerline Adapter here?
- Are you by any chance using a VPN on your iOS device?
- Have you tried rebooting your Core and Networking Gear yet? I would do so if you haven’t yet.
