How often does the crash occur? Is there any change after reinstalling or rebooting?
Hi @Dylan, I’m running Core on Windows 10, iPhone 11 13.2 as remote, Wi-Fi streaming, using AirPods Pro. First I found it just stop play music suddenly and I go to the app to check it what happened, when I open the app, it may just crash.
After 2 days testing, the crash seems come with the Bluetooth(when I using AirPods, crash more frequently).
The crash totally random, no any change after reboot and reinstalling.

Can you note the exact local time + date when you observe the next crash? E.g. 12:01PM on 11/4/19?
I would like to see if diagnostics perhaps holds any additional clues regarding this behavior.
hi @noris, I could not provide the exact time, I can only find one crash report in iOS(below), but it actually crashes a lot.
I will record the crash time if it happened.

We are still looking into the trace you posted, but I would like to gather some more information regarding your report:

Can you confirm how you gathered the above diagnostics log? Did you use XCode to capture the crash?

Can you please open your Roon App on the affected device and let it sit for a minute or two? I have enabled diagnostics mode for the iPhone and what this action does is automatically upload a set of the Roon Mobile logs from the device to our servers.

Can you provide more information regarding your network setup? What is the model/manufacturer of all your networking gear (including router, access points, switches, ect.)

I spoke to our technical team regarding this behavior further and they have noted that iOS 13.2.2 was released today, which includes a change to apps running in the background:
Release notes for iOS 13.2.2:
iOS 13.2.2 includes bug fixes and improvements for your iPhone. This update:
Fixes an issue that could cause apps to quit unexpectedly when running in the background
Please try updating your iOS version and if this issue is still occurring after updating, I kindly request the additional information I mentioned above.
