iPhone7 not connecting


I cannot connect my iPhone any longer to the Roon system, my iPad and Samsung both work ok and so does this Windows laptop, I have resintalled the app and also resintalled the iPhone but still no connection.

Moving forward, may I ask you to please provide the following:

  1. Can you please provide a brief but accurate description of your current setup as seen here.

  2. Please outline your network configuration/topology as well as providing insight into any networking hardware you may be implementing.

  3. Have you tried power cycling your equipment (router included), since making this observation?

I’ve seen other users caught out by this so it’s worth double checking that your iPhone connected to WiFi on the same network as the Roon system.
