What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble logging in

Where are you having trouble logging in?

· I can't log into the Roon app

Describe the issue

I have used my license on another computer in Germany. Now I am in China and want to use it on my laptop but it ask me again and again to log in. I did the switch between this tow locations and computers about 10 times in the past and never had an issue.

all Apple one mini and a mac

There are currently many threads regarding login and sync issues happening for users in China. Roon is investigating.

Thanks for writing in to let us know about this issue. Using Roon from China can be difficult and requires the use of a VPN. Which VPNs work with Roon in China changes periodically so we can’t tell you what will work. You can read more about this here.
