Issue playing music

I have a Nucleus + and Mac gear.

Frequently when I try and play something the 3 bars next to the track moves up and down signifying that it’s playing though there’s no sound. However, the red line indicator at the bottom that should move when the song plays doesn’t move.

The way I’m able to fix this is to restart the Roon server software and wait 10 minutes or so for Roon to reset.

This is rather annoying, and does anyone have a solution to this issue please?

I would raise a ticket in support rather than nucleus support and fill in all the information it asks about your system. Otherwise not enough to go on.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

Does this happen for all endpoints and all content?
